Suzuki customer wins satisfaction survey prizeAug 05, 2011
Suzuki GB PLC is pleased to announce the lucky winner of the Suzuki Customer Satisfaction Survey prize draw which was held as part of the Suzuki “My CSI” programme.
The winner, Mr Martin Berginis, was presented with the prize at Belmont Suzuki, which included an iPod Touch, iPod Nano, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Fuji camera, Panasonic camcorder and Pure DAB clock/radio. Commenting on winning, Mr Berginis said: “When I received the letter to say I’d won the Suzuki Prize Package I was thrilled. I never expected to win when I filled out the survey; I’m delighted to win such a fantastic prize.”
The “My CSI” programme was developed by Suzuki to build brand loyalty and enable a speedy response to sales and servicing issues and to monitor customer’s satisfaction with the 150 strong dealer network’s sales and servicing performance.
Targeting improved brand loyalty and satisfaction levels, “My CSI” was designed to make it easier for customers to provide feedback on their experiences and for dealers to respond promptly to any important issues that were raised.
To enter the prize draw all customers were invited to follow an internet link to access a questionnaire with 10 appraisal questions, through which they could rate their sales or service experience. Satisfied customers were able to complete the survey with minimum fuss, which improved response rates, while those who were unhappy for any reason had the chance to give extra, more detailed feedback.
