  • We will take time to ascertain our customers' needs and requirements by asking appropriate questions to ensure we fully understand these. Where we give customers advice, we will ensure that advice is both reliable and suitable and takes into account their stated requirements and circumstances.
  • We will present customers with products and services that we believe match their needs and requirements and will enhance their ownership experience.
  • We will offer customers a test drive in the vehicle of their choice or the nearest specification vehicle in our demonstrator fleet at that time.
  • We will professionally appraise any potential part-exchange vehicle and either offer a fair price to accept it, or give a justifiable explanation of our refusal to accept the vehicle in part-exchange.
  • We will explain the payment and financing options for funding the purchase of the vehicle and ensure the customer clearly understands all aspects in relation to deposit, interest rate, number of payments, administration and option to purchase fees, cancellation of agreement terms and penalties and the passing of ownership.
  • We will provide the customer with clear information and keep them appropriately informed before, during and after the point of sale.
  • We will explain the vehicles warranty and aftersales service arrangements to the customer at the stage of handing the vehicle over to the customer and ensure they are aware of the procedure for making any warranty claim that may arise.
  • We will ensure no unreasonable post-sale barriers exist to the customer obtaining their full rights and remedies in the event of any problem occurring with any justifiable claim or complaint in relation to any product.
  • We will seek at all times, to treat customers fairly.
